TAI CHI, QIGONG & MUDRA YOGA
Tai Chi, Qigong (Chi Kung) and Mudra Yoga offer powerful tools for boosting the immune system, generating peace, and bringing balance and harmony into your life. The wonderful thing about these arts is that they can be adjusted to suit absolutely anyone and everyone; also, you're never too old to begin.
Tai Chi, Qigong and Mudra Yoga can be used to increase overall wellbeing, or to address specific health issues. Learning these ancient Arts will teach you a new way of moving and being - how to be at peace with yourself while moving in harmony.
I've been studying and practicing Tai Chi and Qigong in Finland, England, and in China, where I lived for nine months between 2012-13, learning under Sifu Zhong Xue Chao (Master Bing) and Grandmaster Zhong Yun Long. My Chinese name is Beihai (北海) which means North Sea. Since 2013 I've been teaching both private students and groups, working together with community centres and corporate clients alike.
